• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

• Festiva Mart reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or suspicious activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship products across India using reliable courier partners.

• Delivery times may vary depending on the location and festive rush.

• Festiva Mart is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds

• As our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns once delivered.

• Refunds are only applicable in cases of:

  • Damaged product on arrival

  • Incorrect item delivered

• Any refund or replacement request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear proof (photos/videos).

6. Cancellations

• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after preparation/shipping.

• If you wish to cancel, you must request it within 2 hours of placing the order (before preparation begins).

7. Liability

• Festiva Mart is not liable for:

  • Any health issues due to allergies not disclosed by the customer

  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

  • Delays or damages caused during third-party shipping
